The Titans' Arsenal guest-stars! Green Lantern and Arsenal are hanging out when they each get emergency calls (Kyle from the JLA and Arsenal from the Titans) to handle the same situation! Panic ensues as our heroes face off against some rogue Rocket Reds and things go from bad to worse when both heroes are taken hostage and are separated from their trademark weapons!
